I have my eyes on this register. I believe it is all bronze with an original top sign.
Notice where the mounting holes are for the breast plate..
Can you see yourself buying all your needs from the US Army PX and using this register?

Yes I can so see myself using this register and fixing it up!!! Except for making it work if that is the issue as I need help on repairs as I'm new to the register repairing thing, but has for making it look nice, YES!!!

A bit of trivia... In the Vietnam conflict the US Navy Exchange had over 2000 model 22s and 24s scattered throughout their bases. The Commissary had a fair number of 51s and 61s at a few of the larger bases. These were serviced by a local agent of NCR.. Milton
