Model 1090 Help was created by PlaneGuy
I am working on unjammimg a 1090 for someone and I am stuck. I have loosened it up a lot since I got it but it is still sticking. Either it will stick slightly after the drawer is released as it does in the video, or it will get stuck about 3/4 of the way through the cycle. It seems like it may be around the printer but I cannot see anything obvious that is bent or worn. The frustrating part is that it will cycle normally about 30-40% of the time with no issues. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thank you!!

I have had problems similar to that with the total adder counters wheels being sticky. I don't remember for sure if the machine has to be in mid cycle or in the home position, but at some point you should be able to rotate the adder wheels manually with your finger or a screw driver. I had to use a degreaser on them, rotate them manually while re lubercating them and they slowly loosened up.
