    I found some twisted rail at a place called My Lamp Parts in Chicago.
    Anyone use their rails before? Im going to buy 6' soon in 3/8", in hard

    Two points:

    The direction of the spiral is opposite of NCR's.

    David Finlon has looked into contemporary rope tubing and I don't think he's found anything that he is satisfied with. You might touch base with him.

    Well, I have had rails from NCR with left and right twist...
    Still looking...... I have finials now and posts soon. I made the
    mahogany till with 3 grooves.
