You just turn the strip around. The wheel stays in the same place and is held in place by the detent arm, which is adjustable. The cost should be around $100,

I have never done it but you could swap the wheels and key tops around but your dust covers would be backwards. If you have a correct set of dust covers then I don't see why not.

Here is a much easier way to apply the strips-
all the lowers with the advance tab are the same as are the top wheels
On the lower wheel strips, the advance tab is between the 7th and 8th number,
you must FIRST cut (with a scissors) a small area to fit around the advance tab, then peel some of the backing off,
place the cutout of the 7th and 8th numbers i.e. 35 and 40, on the wheel and press in place, continue until the end and trim
off excess at the black line.
On the top wheels- the black area on the strip goes directly over the the pin and spring hole. nothing else to do except cut off the excess on the end of the strip at the end of your wrap.
No jig needed and very easy

and yes you can turn a lefty into a righty if you have the correct dust covers and reverse the flags.
