Mike Gorski of Westlake, Ohio who was a pioneer in the modern day coin op hobby passed away on September 12th. Old time CRCC members will remember Mike from his days setting up at the Chicago Coin Op Show from the shows conception at Chicago ORD Airport until a few years ago at Pheasant Run. Mike always had great items, and always would pick up on good Brass Cash Registers when he bought out other coin op collection. Mike was a master of his craft and will be missed.

Michael Gorski, age 86, of Westlake, died peacefully in his home on September 12, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Marian Gorski. Loving father of Michael (Anne) Gorski, Kathleen (Ron) Croissant, and Jackie (Larry) Thomas. Dear grandfather of Michael, Deandra, and Kevin. Uncle to many loved nieces and nephews. Son of the late Michael and Sophie Gorski. Brother of Fr. John Gorski and Richard (Diane) Gorski. He was a retired Captain of the Westlake Fire Department, founded Gorski Landscaping in 1958, and was the Godfather of coin-operated machines, having just received the lifetime achievement award. Mike was known for his sense of humor, shenanigans, and he loved to wheel and deal. Mike says to always "pray for wisdom". Memorial Mass to be held Saturday, September 16th at 11:00 am at St. Ladislas Parish, 2345 Bassett Road, Westlake.
