    Hello Harry,

I had a heart attack and bi-pass surgery in late January and my participation in Cardiac Rehab prohibits me from attending the April meeting, thus I am asking questions through the site. Be advised that in recent years the CRCCI officers have taken an oath of silence and doesn't give out requested information. Maybe other members would like to know who is on the membership list.

Question #1; I would like to know the exact number of CRCCI members. The new web master was kind enough to delete members who dropped out and the members who have been deceased for 6 to 8 years or more. This brings the number on this list to 68. You as president say the number is 150. I would like to see a copy of the names of the 150 members. Keeping members on the membership who have dropped out or died is like the Chicago politicians going to the cemetery to get names of voters. Please send me the list of 150 members. In my opinion, I believe the list of 150 people might be bogus. Prove me wrong.

Question #2; How many issues of the newsletter were mailed out, and which mailing list was used? I would like to see the mailing list to compare with your membership list. Sure hope we are not mailing to members who dropped out or are deceased.

Question #3; How can the CRCCI accurately keep tract of funds if they don't know who is paying dues. I seriously doubt that the members who dropped out and our deceased members are still paying dues. This is called accountability. Also, I would like to know where the newlsetter is sent to our deceased members? This would tell us who is in heaven and who is in hell.

Question #4; What was the exact amount spent to update the web site? Not an approximate amount, but the exact amount? I realize it took two years working 24/7 to get it updated, so it must have been expensive.

Question #5; Under which CRCCI Presidents watch did the club lose the most members?. With accurate membership lists this would be easy data to obtain. Since I don't have access to this data I am asking you. From my vantage point, I believe the only CRCCI officer to put forth any effort at all is the Secretary because he takes minutes and makes a report.

Communication and transparency would give the membership a feeling of confidence. An oath of silence makes members suspicious.
Not many members believe two years were required to update the web site.

I'm not on the list, so it is not a complete list.

Jack, You are now officially on the list, you were on the list as "publisher" that is a step above "registered". This list represents what I was given and now does not guests and the web developers.
Only registered members can see the list located in www.crcci.org/members-area/member-directory . The list in the forum includes guests.
