Hi Todd,
Did you write the article? or do you know who contributed to the article?
I clicked on your web site link and enjoyed what I saw. Exceptionally nice collection.

I answered a few of her questions, I think she got most of the info from the web.

She sent a list of about 20 questions to me & used a few of my answers plus my web page info. It was me, Todd, Iron works & another lady that was quoted. It is Ok for reading & does get people to thinking I hope.

I haven't counted them lately but I do have 300 plus. I have around 150 registers that are restored or have merit in my show room. The rest are parts machine & or machines that need work. Good project machines or machines that I bought for parts but I tend to end up buying parts to fix them.

I was always told that "great minds think alike". I asked as well.

I am truly sorry for my failure to respond to your email from June 14. I saw it briefly, and then it slipped past my flagging-to-respond system. I'm so very sorry. I was reminded of this today, when I received an email from the editor of your club's newsletter asking about posting the article. As I mentioned to that person, I'm happy to provide the text and images if you need, and grant permission with the inclusion of Published with permission from Antique Trader, www.antiquetrader.com .
I'm very grateful the article is being met with a positive response from you and your fellow club members. I can't tell you how much it means to me to hear that. I am humbled every time I am able to provide a glimpse into a collecting interest, and those who are passionate about the topic find my writing interesting and accurate. It's an honor to have spoken to a few people who find cash registers fascinating.
Please let me know if your club would like to receive the information and photos to post.
Thank you again, and my apologies for my failure to respond sooner,
Antoinette
